RATES AND VALIDITY

The rates are published as confidential tariff and are intended for travel agents only. All our quotations are nett and in US Dollars. Losari Holidays Tours and Travel reserves the right to alter the prices due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice. Every effort will be made to notify clients of any alteration. Losari Holidays Tours and Travel will provide local guides who speak English, German, French, or Dutch as required.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

Select the package tour of your choice, at which hotel and how many additional nights you require. Then consult your travel agent who will process your booking request. To avoid disapointment we suggest you book a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of your arrival at the first holiday destination point in Indonesia. However for holidays during the high season from April to September, we recommend that you book one month in advance. All confirmations will be made by email or facsimile are requested.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

A deposit of 15 % of the tour price is payable at the time of booking and the balance of the full tour price must be paid upon confirmation of your booking. This deposit is fully refundable if the arrangements are cancelled up to 10 days before the intended date of arrival in Indonesia. Your deposit/payment is not refundable if cancellation of confirmed arrangement occurs less than 10 days before the reserved arrival date.

DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN

A child under 12 years is generally granted a reduction of the package price provided s/he is accompanied by least two adults and stay in the same room as the accompanying adults. A maximum of two children are allowed to occupy the same room with accompanying adults.

INSURANCE

Clients are advised to take out insarance to cover the following risks while on tour : medical, surgical, and dental ; additional expenses ; baggage; loss of money; personal liability.

LIABILITY

Losari Holidays Tours and Travel, while taking every care with clients luggage or property, shall not accept any liability for damage, loss or incovenience in the handling thereof. The transportations companies shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury.
